I called a few months after I fell and they kept saying you'll have to call back at another time, etc. I fell over a speed bump in the parking garage in 2018 because a light was out over the speed bump and I did not see it. At this point I’m convinced that the “players card” is a tool to manage how much your “allowed” to win, so long as you’re a liked player.

That being said, I haven’t hit a $1200.00 hand pay since May 2022. emphasis on “used to.” I’m a Seven Stars Player (invite only tier level) I have an 80k win/ 43k loss record from the previous year and play slots exclusively.
